Bosque Plum

A blue tomato when exposed to the sun. Cross of the blue stock with Amy’s Sugar Gem. Blue skin is rich source of anthocyanin, as a blueberry. Turns a deep purple plum color when it ripens. Coloring can be variable between orange, plum and yellow. A better fresh eating tomato than the thicker skinned Indigo Rose. Rich flavor, ideal full-body tomato for salads. Bred by Chuck Burr of Restoration Seeds.
