Gaspacho (Гаспачо)

‘Gaspacho’ is a commercial variety from Russia, created by the Russian Research Institute of Vegetable Breeding and Seed Production. It was included in the ‘Russian State Register’ in 2010. Commercially introduced by ‘Gavrish’ seed company.
The determinate, regular leaf plants produce small (2-3oz./45-80g), red, elongated, paste-type fruit. Very good, sweet tomato taste and juicy flesh. Great for fresh eating, salads, or whole-fruit canning and cooking. Midseason, about 75 days to maturity.
