‘Cuore del Drago’ is an Italian heirloom whose name translates to ‘Dragon Heart’ in English. This unique heart has a twisted blossom end and a pointed top.
Indeterminate, regular leaf tomato plants produce a high yield of large (about 11oz./300g) red hearts. Meaty, dense flesh with very few seeds is sweet and aromatic. Excellent for juices, sauces, and summer salads. Mid-season, about 78 days to maturity.
